As a general rule Course fee paid to DigiSkolae is not refundable. However, we are offering 100% money back guarantee for a limited time and only for our Professional Program in Digital Marketing (PPDM) course for both Offline and Online mode students.

We know that choosing the best institute for learning can be confusing, especially for newcomers. It’s tough to ensure that the course or career program is worth the time and money. If you enroll in the PPDM course and feel like you’re not getting any value or you are not satisfied with our training methodology, you have a window between the 25th and 30th day from the day when the course officially started to claim a refund. A student is not eligible for refund of PPDM course fee on the following condition:

Seat booking amount is non-refundable in any circumstances.

A student is not eligible for refund of course fee if he has taken the finance option from BFL (Bajaj Finance Limited)

A student is not eligible for refund of course fee if his request for a special fee waiver got sanctioned apart from the regular fee offer for that month.

A student is eligible for refund of PPDM course fee on the following condition:

Student, before claiming refund must have:

Attended all the live sessions (In class for offline mode students and online for online mode students) in the first 25 days. Attendance in class also must be complete, for instance, if you attend a 120 min class for only 30 minutes, it doesn’t count as proper attendance. No recording of the class will be shared in any situation.


They must have submitted all the assignments issued within the first 25 to 30 days successfully. The submissions have to be proper, within the deadline, and according to the submission requirements. Submission of assignments is mandatory if you want to claim a refund.

The reason behind above mentioned conditions is because people who really did the classes and actively participate can get their money back. You can’t just ask for a refund without giving the course a fair shot. If you genuinely follow the course for 25 days, do all the activities, and attend live classes but still don’t find training up to the mark, you can ask for a full refund. Just make sure to do it between the 25th and 30th day from when the course started.

If a student misses any assignments, exercises, or classes in the first 25 days, we can’t consider a refund request. To be eligible for a refund, you must attend classes regularly, actively participate, respond, and fully engage with the course content. If you join a class for less than the full duration or submit assignments just to get them done without a genuine intention to learn, it won’t count as proper engagement for the refund policy.

After the 30th day is over, counted from the official commencement date of a batch/course, no refund request shall be entertained. No request will be entertained before the 25th day either.

Days are counted only from the day on which a course formally starts as per batch starting date, and not from the day of your enrolment or payment of fees.

In conclusion, once a student enrols for a course and takes all the coursework and accomplished them as suggested for 25 to 30 days if they still does not like it, and sees no point in pursuing it further, they may request refund by filling up the Refund Claim form which student can obtain from the admission coordinator (mandatory for offline mode students) or writing a mail to (for online mode students) between 25th to 30th day from when the classes started. We will provide him/her a no-questions-asked refund. After the 30th day, we will not be able to entertain any refund request.

We may take a maximum of 45 days to refund the money to the source from which it was paid. However, we try to refund within 10 days after a valid request is made.

Refund of course fee is a problem for us because we run PPDM course in batches and every batch have a set number of students. If someone leaves halfway, it’s hard to find a replacement. However, we’re committed to our 100% refund policy just because we are very much confident on our training tram and methodology.
